The present invention relates to a marker for identifying breeds of dog, and to a method for identifying breeds of dog using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a DNA marker for identifying breeds of dog constituted of any one base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 4; a primer set for amplifying the marker; a kit comprising the primer set; and a method for identifying breeds of dog using the same. In the case of using the present invention, the identification of an individual and the determination of paternity can be performed in a rapid, accurate, and economic manner. In addition, the marker of the present invention can be efficiently used for providing a scientific evidence of a registration system of a companion dog, for complementing a trace history system, etc. |
