A map display control device (10) is provided with: a display processing unit (12) that causes a map to be displayed on a display device (22); an operation information acquisition unit (13) that acquires information regarding an operation by a user; a scroll processing unit (14) that causes the map displayed on the display device (22) to scroll; and a priority object setting unit (15) that determines a priority object having a high degree of priority among the objects included in the map. The scroll processing unit (14) causes the map to scroll in accordance with an operation by the user for scrolling the map and causes the map to scroll automatically toward a priority object when the end of the operation is detected.
