PURPOSE: A boring ground structure and a method for constructing the same are provided to install a hole supporting tube inside a boring hole, and to inject an earth conductivity synergist using a synergist injecting tube, so as to prevent the destruction of the boring hole and enhance earth conductivity. CONSTITUTION: An earth conductivity synergist(30) permeated in earth improves earth conductivity. A hole supporting tube installed inside a boring hole(10) at an early time of construction prevents the destruction of the boring hole, and forms many synergist discharge holes. A synergist injecting tube temporarily installed inside the hole supporting tube is fixed to make a lower end located in a position higher than the highest increasing material discharge hole, and supplies the earth conductivity synergist inside the boring hole. A conductivity concrete rod(20) forms many branch tubes radially to be led to a main conductive tube(22), and is installed inside the boring hole in which the synergist injecting tube is removed, after the earth conductivity synergist is permeated inside and at side walls of the boring hole through the synergist injecting tube at predetermined height and depth and the synergist injecting tube is removed, and permeates the earth conductivity synergist inside and at side walls of the boring hole. And a lead line fixed at one upper side of the main conductive tube leads overcurrent to an underground.
