PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility and productivity of known processing and a plant for forming different tires, and avoid stop of whole plant when a failure occurs on one working station.SOLUTION: A plant for constructing at least two different model tires, comprises: plural working stations in which, the respective tire construction lines assemble at least one basic component, and construct at least one construction component of each tire, and are arranged according to a continuous series; at least one processor for tires which are processed on respective molding support bodies, related to respective working stations; and at least one transfer device for, adapted to transfer the tire on the individual molding support body to other second working station which is not adjacent to a first working station, from the first working station, thereby the respective tires on the respective molding support bodies pass only the first working station and the second working station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
