<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet, featuring excellence in wire harness attachment workability, ease in size control of the wire harness, and capability of preventing the occurrence of non-conformance, such as the biting of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: This invention consists of a grommet proper 211; a grommet inner cover 212, which is equipped with a cover piece 217 capable of turning on the grommet proper 211; and a grommet inner base 213, installed on the back side of the grommet inner cover 212, and equipped with a bent base piece 213B, which forms a specific angle with the back face of the grommet proper 211, when the grommet inner cover 212 is fixed to the grommet proper 211.
