<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater having high reliability and convenience, by realizing its basic performance with a simple constitution, by satisfying the basic performance without impairing efficiency in boiling-up, by minimizing an intermediate hot water quantity of increasing by the action of intermediate hot water of returning to a hot water storage tank from a heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: This water heater is provided with the hot water storage tank 1, a heating means 2 heating water of the hot water storage tank 1, a hot water supply-outlet port 3 and a heat using hot water outlet port 4 arranged in an upper part of the hot water storage tank 1, a water supply port 5 arranged in a lower part of the hot water storage tank 1, an inflow-outflow port 17 arranged in the intermediate height of the hot water supply-outlet port 3, the heat using hot water outlet port 4 and the water supply port 5, a mixing valve 9 mixing hot water from the hot water supply-outlet port 3 and hot water from the inflow-outflow port 17 to the desired temperature, a heat using means 11 using a calorific value of the hot water from the heat using hot water outlet port 4, and a connecting means 18 for returning the hot water after using heat to the inflow-outflow port 17 in the hot water storage tank 1 from the heat using means 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
