A method for manual removal of chromosomes from the oocyte of mammals comprises the keeping of the mature oocyte, disengaged from a transparent tunic, in a medium with cytochalasin and small part with chromosomes is divided from the oocyte by a cutting instrument. Prior to dividing into two parts the narrowed extended form is given to oocyte by a pipette so that chromosomes were located at the end of lengthening. |
