Method for determination of diffuse phase transition of first type in solid bodies relates to area of solid state physics and can be used in scientific-research laboratories at optical studies of phase transition for use of those as functional elements for optoelectronics. According to the method one performs temperature experimental iso-absorption investigations of edge of optical absorption of solid bodies. From obtained in experiments temperature dependence of width of pseudo-forbidden zone one first calculates increment, after that one plots temperature dependence and by temperature corresponding to its maximum one determines temperature of diffuse phase transition of first type. The method provides increase of reliability and effectiveness of determination of temperature. |
