PURPOSE: A cell voltage watching apparatus is provided to control properly the generation of chlorinate to minimize the growth sea creature in the seawater circulation line. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises counter driver connected with firs power supply and sequentially generating clock corresponding to the number of cell to output node, relay and fault driver operating matched relay corresponding to selected output pulse of counter driver and activating selected LED as fault in LED display part, voltage meter displaying measured cell voltage and rectifier voltage selectively to the relay operation of the relay and port driver, fault generator activating LED of LED display part corresponding to fault by another relay activated at the time of port by comparing cell voltage and second standard power supply.
