<p>The Account Receivables System is a web-based system and method for collecting, tracking and processing information about a client's account receivables. The system is divided into several separate modules fully capable of interfacing with each other as well as the client's Order, Ship, Bill (OSB) system. The ARS produces a variety of reports, in a flexible format, on-line and downloads as soon as they are generated in the ARS. The ARS maintains close security over the system by providing an option for accepting the credit card information from the customer's OSB or through the ARS web site.</p> |
