A nonwoven fabric laminate which comprises: an elastic nonwoven fabric containing a specific low crystalline polypropylene; and a filament-mixed spun-bonded nonwoven fabric that is arranged on at least one surface of the elastic nonwoven fabric and contains filaments of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) and filaments of a thermoplastic resin (B) other than the thermoplastic elastomer (A) at a ratio (A):(B) of (10-90% by mass):(90-10% by mass) (provided that (A) + (B) = 100% by mass).
