PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a change in ride comfort even if an occupant performs shift-down operation in the operation of an antilock brake device, in a motorcycle having an automatic shift control device and the antilock brake device. SOLUTION: An ECU (an engine control unit) of the motorcycle inputs a signal indicating its effect from an ABS in the operation of the ABS (an antilock brake system). The ECU finishes shift-down control processing without performing the processing (Step S210 to S250) of shift-down, when operating a shift-down switch in the operation of the ABS.
