PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated synthetic resin obtained by melt-molding waste plastic and waste materials constituted by cellulose-based materials as one unit, and a method for producing the same, and more in detail, to provide an industrial resource having a high utilization value easily by fusing the waste plastic with waste materials constituted with the cellulose-based materials and then melt-molding. SOLUTION: This regenerated synthetic resin composition in which at least a polyolefin-based synthetic resin component and the fine lump-formed materials consisting mainly of the cellulose present as mixed, is characterized by having (20:80)-(50:50) weight ratio of mixing of the cellulose-based fine lumpy material to the synthetic resin component in the regenerated synthetic resin composition of the fine lumpy material having the cellulose as a main component (hereinafter called as simply the cellulose-based fine lumpy material), and also containing at least sodium and zinc in the regenerated synthetic resin composition.
