<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for writing utensil which can hardly cause the finger to slip off its grip and can secure strength, and furthermore, can stably grip an article by a clip, and the writing utensil. <P>SOLUTION: The cap for the writing utensil is constituted of a cylindrical cap body 3 which is formed of an elastic material and protects a pen chip with a fitting hole 3c formed at the side surface of the cap body 3, and a clip member 2 equipped with a first base 4 and a second base 5, at least one beam 6 for connecting the first base 4 with the second base 5, and an insertion part 7 arranged on the outer side surface of the first base 4. In addition, the clip member 2 is installed at the cap body 3 in such a way that the first base 4 and the second base 5 can receive the apex of the writing utensil, and the insertion part 7 can extend to the outside of the cap body 3 through the fitting hole 3c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
