摘要 Anti-corrosion composition (I) for coating metal parts, comprising metallic parts with a particulate metal base in aqueous dispersion comprises a titanate and/or an organic zirconate (0.3-24 wt.%); a particulate metal or its mixture (10-40 wt.%); a binder containing silane (1-25 wt.%); and water (to make 100 wt.%), provided the sum of titanate and/or organic zirconate and binder with a base of silane is 5-25%. Independent claims are also included for: (1) anti corrosive coating of metallic parts obtained from (I) comprises by pulverization, plunge-draining or plunge-centrifugation, curing the layer of coating by thermal energy (such as by convection, infra-red or induction), at 180-350[deg]C, for 10-60 minutes under convection or infra-red, or for 30 seconds -5 minutes under induction; (2) metallic substrate (made of steel or steel) coated with zinc or with a layer containing zinc (deposited by various modes of application including mechanical deposit) with cast iron or aluminum provided with (I); and (3) aqueous composition of 1-8C tetraalkyl titanate (for preparation of a composition of coating of a metallic substrate in aqueous dispersion), prepared from a hydro-soluble organic solvent (0-20 wt.%), a binder (20-50 wt.%) containing a silane carrying at least a group hydrolyzable into hydroxyl group, a 1-8 carbon tetraalkyl titanate or zirconate compatible in organic phase (5-25 wt.%) and of water (to make 100 wt.%).
