摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency and controllability of a fuel cell system with a small size at a low cost.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes at least one fuel cell array 103, and at least one load 146. An offset control structure includes voltage monitoring means 142 for monitoring the input voltage of the load 146 for acquiring the monitoring information, a control processor 120, and at least one offset source 140a, 140b for series connection with at least one fuel cell array 103. Power level of the offset source 140a, 140b is substantially lower than that of the fuel cell array 103. The offset source 140a, 140b is arranged to perform one-way shift of the output voltage of the fuel cell array 103, so as to suppress the input voltage of the load 146 based on at least the monitoring information. Furthermore, means 144a, 144b for disconnecting at least one fuel cell array 103 from the load 146, when the input voltage to the load 146 is increased over a limit, are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
