PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reinforcing a concrete structure capable of exerting rigidity against bending deformation and pushing/pulling forces by integrating a surface reinforcement material with a filler for reinforcement charged into a slit to form a three-dimensional reinforcement frame material. SOLUTION: This method of reinforcing the concrete structure comprises the step of continuously forming the groove-like slit from a concrete part into the concrete thereof by a specified depth in a specified direction, the step of covering the concrete part in which the slit is formed with the surface reinforcement material and adhering them to each other, and the step of forming the three-dimensional reinforcement frame material by charging the filler for reinforcement in the slit and integrating the slit with the surface reinforcement material.
