PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that can provide high image density, can maintain stable image quality for a long period even when used in high-speed printing, and has excellent durability, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner including toner particles containing a polyester resin, where the polyester resin includes units derived from an alcohol having a cyclohexane structure or a carboxylic acid and units derived from an ethylene oxide additive of bisphenol A or a propylene oxide additive; the ratio of the number of units derived from an alcohol having a cyclohexane structure or a carboxylic acid is 0.1 mol% or more and 50.0 mol% or less; the ratio of the number of units derived from an ethylene oxide additive of bisphenol A or a propylene oxide additive is 10.0 mol% or more and 50.0 mol% or less; and the peak molecular weight of the polyester resin is 3000 or more and 20000 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
