PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect, from an operator of a portable information terminal, information on the behavior of the operator.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises: an image forming part 12 that forms an image on a sheet; an operator specification part 101 that specifies an operator of the image forming apparatus 1; a point information acquisition part 102 that acquires information on points held by the operator specified by the operation specification part 101 from a point information database that associates information on points given as compensation for provision of behavior information with each information provider and stores; and a service range determination part 103 that determines a range of a service using image formation by the image forming part 12 according to the points held by the operator on the basis of the point information acquired by the point information acquisition part 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
