PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic washing device, preventing a heating wire of a washing water heating means from breaking. SOLUTION: The number of turns of the heating wire 91w per unit length in areas ER1 near both ends of a sheath heater 91 is smaller than that of the heating wire 91w in the central area ER2 of the sheath heater 91. Thus, powder of magnesium oxide is easy to fill near both ends of a copper tube 91c. Therefore, the density of magnesium oxide at both ends of the sheath heater 91 can be made higher, so that breaking of the heating wire near one end or the other end of the sheath heater 91 can be prevented.
