PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification apparatus which uses a single circuit in various modes when carrying out continuous blood purification method, having simple configuration for carrying out continuous blood purification, and can carry out CHF (continuous hemofiltration), CHD (continuous hemodialysis), CHDF (continuous hemodiafiltration) and ECUM (extracorporeal ultrafiltration method). SOLUTION: The blood purification apparatus includes a first supply liquid channel 3 one end of which is connected to a supply liquid container 1 containing a supply liquid and through which the supply liquid flows, a first branched part 4 which is connected to the other end of the first supply liquid channel 3, a first supply liquid transfer pump 10a connected to the first branched part 4, a second supply liquid channel 7 one end of which is connected to the first supply liquid transfer pump 10a while the other end of which is connected to a dialyzer 6 for filtering and dialyzing the blood and through which the supply liquid from the first supply liquid transfer pump 10a flows, a second supply liquid transfer pump 10b which is connected to the first branched part 4, and a third supply liquid channel 9 one end of which is connected to the second supply liquid transfer pump 10b, while the other end of which is connected to a vein side blood channel 16 having the blood from a patient flowing therein and through which the supply liquid from the second supply liquid transfer pump 10b flows.
