PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly-polarized wave array antenna in which a rise in axial ratio of a circularly-polarized wave can be curbed, and whose design for controlling a radiating pattern can be made easy; and further to provide an antenna board. SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs of radiating elements 12 is arranged along a virtual one plane, and an electric supply line forming body 13 is connected to each of the radiating elements 12. The electric supply line forming body 13 feeds to each of the radiating elements 12 in parallel. When being fed, each of the radiating elements 12 radiates the circularly-polarized waves. The electric supply line forming body 13 has a plurality of first lines 21 formed in an extending manner. In the first line 21, a pair of the radiating elements 12 is provided separately from each other in its extending direction C. A distance A from one end 21a of the first line 21 to a disposed position of a radiating element 12 disposed at a side of the one end 21a and a distance B from the other end 21b of the first path 21 to a disposed position of a radiating element 12 disposed at a side of the other end 21b are selected so as to satisfy the formula ¾A-B¾=λ/4+λ×n/2.
