Further, the amount of nutrients required is injected to water through a nutrient injector (4), and the temperature of the water is also adjusted. The water flows down along a pipe line (5) to a plastic Styrofoam cultivation container (7) positioned at the bottom. By the level of the water, a cultivation plate (6) made of light plastic Styrofoam floats on water, and the number and height of the plastic Styrofoam cultivation containers (7) are determined depending on the amount of purified water to be produced. Finally, when the water reaches a bottommost water tank (9), the water is supplied to a post-purification water tank (1) along a filtration pipe line (10) through a compressor (11) again.
