<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a three-dimensional object, in a stereolithographic method for manufacturing the three-dimensional object from a liquid resin by applying laser energy onto the surface of the liquid resin so as to construct the three-dimensional object in each layer. <P>SOLUTION: A tank 21 for housing the liquid resin in stereolithographic equipment comprises: storage parts 133, 134 and 135 for the resin; supply resin vessels 127, 128 and 129 for storing the resin, which maintain a resin level in the storage parts 133, 134 and 135 by fluid-communicating with the storage parts 133, 134 and 135 so that the resin can be added into the tank 21 or removed from it; and a controller which is operably connected to the vessels 127, 128 and 129 so as to control flows into the vessels 127, 128 and 129 and flows from the vessels 127, 128 and 129. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
