PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast article for sensor which has excellent thermal shock resistance and adhesion with a case, and has excellent shape retention under a high humidity condition; and a resin composition for producing the same.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains an epoxy resin, and polyoxyalkylene polyamine as a curing agent. An amine equivalent of the polyoxyalkylene polyamine is set at 225 g/eq or less. An amine equivalent of the polyoxyalkylene polyamine is set at 0.40-0.75 equivalent based on 1 equivalent of epoxy groups of the epoxy resin. The resin composition is used in casting for a temperature sensor in which polyoxypropylenediamine is preferably used as the polyoxyalkylene polyamine, and the polyoxyalkylene polyamine more preferably contains one or more inorganic fillers selected from alumina, boron nitride. and silicon nitride.SELECTED DRAWING: None
