PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating light source improved in water-proofing function.SOLUTION: An electric bulb-shaped lamp 1 includes: a globe 30; an LED module 10 disposed inside the globe 30; a mouth ring 90 receiving electric power for light emission of the LED module 10 from outside; a first housing 61 connected to an opening part 31 of the glove 30; a second housing 65 having a cylindrical screw part 65b containing part screwed with the mouth ring 90, inserted into the inside the first housing 61 and combined with the first housing 61 while the screw part 65b projects from a mounting hole 61a set to the first housing 61; and a ring-like elastic first seal member 120 or second seal member 130 disposed between the first housing 61 and the second housing 65 so as to surround the screw part 65b.
