PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, a portable electronic device, an IC card processing device, and an IC card processing system that can effectively transmit and receive data.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an IC card for executing a command from an external device comprises a communication unit, a generation unit, a division processing unit, and a transmission processing unit. The communication unit communicates data with the external device. The generation unit generates a proactive command. The division processing unit divides the proactive command generated by the generation unit into division proactive commands with data length equal to or less than the maximum data length which the IC card can transmit at one time. The transmission processing unit transmits the division proactive commands into which the division processing unit divided the proactive command to the external device through the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
