The construction machine has a bottom runner-body on which is mounted a top rotary body. At least two winches (27,28,29) vertically overlap and are positioned on the rear part of the top rotary body. The top rotary body has a rotary frame (22) and a rotary bearing on the base surface of the front part of the rotary frame. The base surface of the rear part o f the rotary frame is stepped to be lower than the base surface of the front part of the rotary frame.
