PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver with driving support suitable for each driver more easily. SOLUTION: An attribute estimation part 82 estimates an attribute of a driver based on a feature amount extracted by a face image of the driver. A driving support level setting part 83 sets a driving support level based on the estimated attribute of the driver. A driving support level learning part 85 learns a level of driving skill based on driving information indicating history of driving operation collected by a driving information part 84, and updates the driving support level based on the level of driving skill. A driving support part 87 performs a driving support according to the driving support level. The present invention can be applied to an on-vehicle driving support device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
