Disclosed are a fermented drink using a chestnut inner skin and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, as useful ingredients included in the chestnut inner skin of chestnut are used as a raw material of fermentation food, the present invention can provide a unique flavor and a unique taste of the chestnut inner skin, and various functional ingredients included in the chestnut inner skin.
