PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling nature and reduce cost while maintaining fastening force by surely providing water tightness by one seal member even if a grommet is a tubular leg part. SOLUTION: In a clip composed of a grommet 3 including a tubular leg part 30 and a flange part 35 projectingly provided on an upper end outer circumference of the leg part, and a pin member 2 including a head part 20 and a stem part 23 provided under the head part, expanding the leg part by pressing the stem part 23 into a tube hole of the leg part 30 under a condition where the leg part 30 is inserted in attachment holes 60a, 61a of the plate members 60, 61 and capable of fastening each plate member between the flange part 35 and the expanded part of the leg part, a seal member larger than outer diameter of the head part of the pin member 2 and arranged to enclose an flange outer circumference of the grommet is included, and a seal member 4 is pressed against a corresponding surface of the plate member via the head part 20 of the pin member 2 under a condition where the leg part 30 is expanded via the leg part 23.
