The winder has a drive device (4) for winding and reeling of a belt strap. A winding device (3) is arranged at a driven wheel of the drive device and rotatable with the wheel around a common center axis. The winding device is freely rotatable on a bearing sleeve (13) of the wheel over a freewheel in a winding direction. A housing (7) is directly screwed on a wall after removal of a cover. A slot is provided between a winding bobbin and a strip. Spacer disks are attached on the bobbin at inner sides of belt guide disks for adjusting the breadth of the bobbin to that of the strap.
