PURPOSE: A device for reproducing a filtering net in environmentally-friendly filtration plant using a dual pipe type filter net is provided to keep work site clean by separating the filter sand and water when removing foreign material from the filter sand. CONSTITUTION: A device for reproducing a filtering net in environmentally-friendly filtration plant using a dual pipe type filter net comprises a suction hose, a dual pipe filtering net(140), and a pumping silo(150), and an input hose(130). The suction hose comprises a high pressure water spray nozzle, sucks filter sand with the suction pump. The dual pipe type filter net mixes and sorts the filter sand carried by the suction hose by a rotation force. The filter sand sorted by the dual pipe type filter net is fed into the pumping silo, and is stored with water. The input hose carries the filter sane inside the pumping silo and the water by the input pump into a filter paper.
