PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved suspension package which is well adapted for a low cost manufacturing, reduces material cost or makes a material cost minimum. SOLUTION: A suspension package 10 has an upper cover 14 and a lower cover 12. Each of the covers has an elliptical outer wall constituting a product storing well having an elliptical shape. An elliptical fixing ring is fixed to each of the covers to support a resilient film on the well. Each of the covers constitutes a substantial rectangular inside outer wall for use in supporting a hinge along an axial line of the hinge. The rectangular cover adjacent to the hinge is coupled to the elliptical cover shaped apart from the hinge, thereby a material cost can be reduced and its manufacturing process can be simplified.
