摘要 To provide a method for controlling charging layer according to negative pressure of thickness of ore layer in preheater of rotary kiln, thereby improving air-permeability of ore layer of the preheater to easily form negative pressure in the kiln, improve calcining of preheated ore and prevent formation of adhesion ore. The method for manufacturing quicklime by controlling negative pressure in rotary kiln comprises first step of transmitting the measured level data to an instrumentation controller after measuring charging level of limestone by level sensors installed correspondingly to a plurality of pushers installed in a preheater that is a preheating region of the rotary kiln; second step of transmitting the measured negative pressure to the instrumentation controller after measuring negative pressure by a negative pressure gauge installed on a hood part of the rotary kiln; third step of calculating a negative pressure deviation value by computing the comparison results after comparing negative pressure values formed in the hood part of the rotary kiln with a standard negative pressure value set based on the optimum operation experience of operators; fourth step of setting a ore charging level of the preheater as upper and lower limit control values by the instrumentation controller if the negative pressure deviation value calculated in the third step exceed the set standard negative pressure value; and fifth step of varying a charging level in the preheater by remeasuring a negative pressure deviation of the hood part that is an end portion of the rotary kiln based on the charging level value set in the fourth step.
