<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcap which does not require a separate process for wrapping with a shrink film, and has no possibility of generating sagging of a liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The overcap (30) is formed by a top board (15) and hanging on the inside of the lower face of the top board on the apex part of the nozzle-like peripheral wall part (13) of an inner stopper (10). A re-sealing member (14) consisting of the apex part of the nozzle-like peripheral wall part and a re-sealing peripheral wall (16) connected through a thin wall part (17) is formed so as to be fitted to an opening part (11) of the apex part of the nozzle-like peripheral wall part. The second inner wall (18) which is projected from the inner wall part and is fitted into the inside of an opening part (41) of a container main body (40) is formed on the inner wall part (12) of the inner stopper. The second peripheral wall (33) to which the re-sealing member (14) can be engaged is hung on the lower face at the central part of the overcap.
