<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to view only vide advertisements independently of program contents, and to select and view only video advertisements that the user wants to view, and to enable a video advertisement provider to instantaneously provide advertisements only to the user who are interested. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution server and an information retrieval automatic notification server are connected with the user through a network, wherein the distribution server distributes provided information and the information retrieval automatic notification server stores the taste genre and retrieval conditions of the user and retrieves video information with the change of contents as a trigger on the basis of the taste genre and retrieval conditions of the user, and notifies the user of matching video information.
