PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a diamond grinding tool, a diamond grinding tool by the same manufacturing method are provided to evenly grind the surface of a work piece and prevent the crack of a binder during a grinding by firmly sticking diamond particles below 2 micron meters. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a diamond grinding tool is as follows. Diamond particles and a glass binder are mixed and sintered(100). A grain mixture is formed by shattering sintered body(110). The pulverized mixing particles are mixed with a binder of a resin system(120). The mixed mixture is plasticized(130).
