PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of line capacity between coil conductor patterns as opposed through a dielectric layer because the coil conductor patterns composed of each coil are overlapped one another vertically through the dielectric layer in the stack layer direction. SOLUTION: The dielectric layer and a plurality of sets of the coil conductor patterns formed on the dielectric layer are stacked up, and the coil conductor patterns between the dielectric patterns are connected in each set to form a plurality of coils spirally wound up with a center as a common winding axis inside these dielectrics. A plurality of sets of the coil conductor patterns are composed of a first coil pattern and a second coil conductor pattern formed point symmetrically with an origin as a common winding axis on a surface of the dielectric layer, and when a plurality of sets of the coil conductor patterns and dielectric layer are stacked up, the first coil conductor pattern and the second coil conductor pattern are each formed by deviating the positions thereof so as not to allow the coil conductor patterns positions up and downs to be opposed to each other in the stack direction of the dielectric layer.
