The invention relates to an orthopedic bandage (1) that has a support function and includes a transportable, reusable heat applicator (2) which comprises an activation system (13) for activating the heat applicator and thus triggering the release of heat through the heat applicator in order to apply heat to at least part of a body region in which the orthopedic bandage can be used, elements (8) which act locally in an acupressure-applying manner being formed on the heat applicator.
