PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system capable of easily performing setting concerned with transmission control of data, and to provide an information communication apparatus, an information transmission apparatus, and a program.SOLUTION: An information transmission apparatus 2 communicably connected to an information communication apparatus 1 for sending additional information which is information allowed to be acquired by the information communication apparatus 1 and packet data accepts the packet data from the information communication apparatus 1. A storage unit 22 stores conditions based on the received additional information and processing instruction information in association with each other. A control unit 21 searches a condition satisfied by the additional information received from the information communication apparatus out of the stored conditions, and when there is a condition satisfied by the additional information, extracts predetermined feature information concerned with the packet data received from the information communication apparatus, processes the packet data on the basis of the processing instruction information stored in association with the conditions, and stores the extracted feature information and the processing instruction information in association with each other. |
