PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine a relationship among plural living matters existing in a predetermined space.SOLUTION: A determination unit, in which biological information, positional information of each of plural living matters and a category of an acquired relationship are associated with each other, is generated (S1, S2).
