The present invention relates to a method for creating a database comprising a plurality of correlation laws for determining the amount of uncollected energy on the basis of the consumed power of at least one reference wind power plant that was operated in a throttled or non-throttled manner. The method comprises the following steps: simultaneous detection (200) of the current output of the first wind power plant and of at least one reference wind power plant operating in the throttled or non-throttled manner; determining (202) in each case a correlation law, in particular a correlation factor, which establishes a relationship between the output of the first wind power plant and the output of the at least one reference wind power plant; and storing (204) the at least one correlation law or correlation factor as a function of at least one boundary condition. |
