A OUTSIDE RUBBER COMPOSITION OF HIGH DAMPING RUBBER BEARING USING THE BRIDGE SUPPORT

An outside rubber composition of high damping rubber bearing for bridge support is provided to improve the tolerance against critical shear stress of high damping rubber bearing by improving the tearing strength. An outside rubber composition of high damping rubber bearing for bridge support comprises natural rubber 100.0 parts by weight, carbon black 16~33 parts by weight, inorganic reinforcing agent 9~22 parts by weight, zinc oxide 3~5 parts by weight, stearic acid 1~3 parts by weight, anti-aging agent 6~10 parts by weight, vulcanizate 1.0~1.6 parts by weight and vulcanization accelerator 0.8~1.5 parts by weight. The carbon black and inorganic reinforcing agent are mixed in a weight ratio of 56:44~66:34. The carbon black has the oil absorption value of 90 mg/g, the DBP adsorption value of 122ml/100g and the nitrogen adsorption surface area 96 m/g. The inorganic reinforcing agent is the inorganic silica powder having the specific gravity 1.95~2.05, and the SiO2 content 92%, and the pH 6.0~7.5.
