PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication base station capable of suppressing consumption of a bandwidth via relay after connection while suppressing a signal to be transmitted to a terminal station.SOLUTION: A radio communication base station comprises: a Probe Request information holding section 302 for holding request information added to a request signal from a terminal station and reception power information on the request signal; an information storage section 303 for storing the request information and reception power information, and response information added to a response signal received from another radio communication base station; a transmission determination timer 304 for setting a transmission determination time on the basis of the number of relays to a wired network; a transmission determination section 305 for determining whether the response signal is transmitted or not, using the reception power information and the information on the number of relays, after the transmission determination time is expired; and a Probe Response generation section 306 for generating the response signal to which the reception power information of the request signal and information on the number of relays of the station itself are added, when the response signal is transmitted. |
