PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the diagnostic efficiency of the heart disease of a subject while improving the diagnostic thereof.

SOLUTION: A synthetic electrocardiographic waveform-obtaining part 140 obtains a plurality of synthetic electrocardiographic waveforms synthesized from measured induction electrocardiographic waveforms by a waveform synthesizing part 130. A waveform data measurement part 150 as a measurement part measures data of the synthetic electrocardiographic waveforms obtained by the obtaining part 140. A heart disease judgment part 170 as a judgment part judges whether the feature of a specific heart disease in the synthetic electrocardiographic waveforms obtained by the obtaining part 140 by using data measured by the measurement part 150.
