<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in RT (Radiant Tube) surface temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A control part measures a temperature of a combustion chamber 3c in which fuel gas is combusted and controls a flow rate of combustion air supplied to the combustion chamber 3c based upon the measured temperature of the combustion chamber 3c. Consequently, a variation in RT surface temperature can be suppressed. Further, the control part 103 measures a surface temperature of a recuperator 4 and controls the flow rate of combustion air supplied to the combustion chamber 3c based upon the measured surface temperature of the recuperator 4.
