<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that actual result data is not sometimes set correctly on an original recording date by the difference of occurring timing of the actual results data and totaling timing of the actual result data in a state setting actual results data occurring in a business system and recording date to the actual results data to total the actual results data. <P>SOLUTION: Recording start date 41 and end date 42 for managing the range of date which can be set as the recording date are provided on a closing date control table 40. An actual results data storing means 11 which registers data actually is maintained providing a present recording date answering means 20 which answers actual results data occurring at present to a business processing means 10 and recording date registration confirmation means 30 which determines whether the date is in the range of correct date as the recording date of actual results data that is going to register.
