<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing apparatus capable of creating the title of video-recorded content so as to further meet the intention of a user with a simple operation while using audio data or video data included in the content data. <P>SOLUTION: The DVD recorder 100 is provided with: a receiving means for receiving content data including audio data and video data; a recording means for recording the received content data; a reproducing means for reproducing the content data; a marking means for marking voices and sounds outputted from an audio output section when reproducing the content data by the reproducing means; an acquiring means for acquiring the audio data of voices and sounds marked by the marking means, or the audio data or the video data based on the predetermined reproduction position of the audio data; and a creating means for creating title information of the content data recorded by the recording means on the basis of the audio data or the video data acquired by the acquiring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
