The invention relates to a process and device for the production of complex biological humine fertilizers. They are ecologically clean and can be used in farming for the stimulation of growth, for soil rehabilitation, in particular those soiled with heavy metals, radio nuclides and organic toxins which are the soils in the military ground ranges. The fertilizers are produced after sequential treatment of a mixture of biological humus and turf from the planes and/or sapropel from lake regions, and/or brown and lignite coal in ratio 1: 3, initially with water, and subsequently with the solutionof a base wherein the concentration of the base is roughly 1%. A complex of carbamide (urea) and potassium dihydropyrophosphate is added to the alkaline solution with heating (94 to 96 degrees C) in quantities of 0.01 - 0.1%. The extracts produced are mixed after pretreatment. As a result complex biologo-ecological fertilizer is produced which can further be enriched with microelements and elements of the basic mineral foods. The application of carbamide and potassium dihydropyrophosphate (C + P) enables to increase the potassium salts of the humine acids to be increased to a significant degree, mostly with the medium- and low-molecular fractions which have the greatest biological activity. The process is materialized by a device for the production of humine fertilizers in the form of a production line.
